Hello, drag fans! This year has been a challenge none of us anticipated, and our intention is to always be transparent and straightforward.
Like many event producers all across the country, we've faced a moving target of obstacles in the live entertainment and theater world. We've previously rescheduled Miz Cracker's She's A Woman, Bob the Drag Queen & Monét X Change's Sibling Rivalry, and some to-be-announced productions... more than once.
In consideration of recent events, we have a newfound confidence that this pandemic will be addressed appropriately and with competence. Though things are looking up, we're not there yet.
We feel it is best, instead of attempting to predict the future, to allow experts in science and public health to do their magic, and for us to announce new tour dates in early 2021 when we have a clearer picture of the state of live events and gatherings.
Your tickets will automatically move to these newly-announced dates. For any refund requests, please contact the ticketing platform and/or venue first - it is our policy to provide a refund under these circumstances, though each platform and venue has their own procedures that are beyond our control. As always, we are monitoring our inboxes for any questions you have.
It's been too long since we've been on the road. We can't wait to bring the best of drag entertainment to stages near you soon, once it is safe to do so. Stay fierce, stay fabulous, and please... wear a mask!

How do I get help with my tickets?
If you have a concern about ticketing like credit card charges or reissuing physical tickets, please contact the ticketing platform directly. Here are a few we work with frequently:
Eventbrite Website
Ticketmaster (800-653-8000) Website
Showclix (888-718-4253) Website
Brown Paper Tickets (800-838-3006) Website
Oftentimes issues with payment methods, for instance, are out of our hands.
What information should I include when reaching out about an event I’m attending?
We will need all relevant information up-front to help as best we can. For time-sensitive concerns especially, please message us with your email address, order confirmation number, and any other relevant information. Many of our shows are part of multi-stop tours, so please specify the date and city of the event in question.
How do I get answers about venue accessibility and accommodations?
Regarding venue concerns like accessibility or parking accommodations, we do our best to provide venue contact and info in our listings to lead directly to those answers. We work with a lot of venues, therefore it is usually best to reach out to them with any concerns of this nature. We are happy to field questions regarding logistics specific and unique to our productions.
Are your shows age-restricted?
In general, Five Senses Reeling prefers to produce events that are all ages, with applicable content warnings based on each show. In cases where a venue requires an age restriction based on alcohol service or local ordinances, you may see 18+ and 21+ on event listings. These are often the exception and will be outlined where applicable.
